Established in 1999, Motions Unlimited Gymnastics is the largest and most premier gymnastics facility in the Cayman Islands, setting the gold standard for excellence in youth sports. Our world-class, fully air-conditioned 11,500-square-foot facility features Olympic-standard equipment, including a full-size trampoline, Tumble Trak, and dedicated apparatus for all competitive levels.
We are the only gym in Cayman with an internationally traveling competitive team, proudly representing the island in USA Gymnastics Levels 2–10 and the full Xcel program.
In partnership with our federation, the Cayman Islands Gymnastics Association (CIGA), our gymnasts have represented Cayman on some of the world’s biggest stages—including FIG-sanctioned competitions such as the Commonwealth Games, Pan American Championships, World Championships, and even the Tokyo Olympic Games.
Our programs are designed to inspire and challenge athletes from 15 months and up, with preschool and recreational gymnastics, competitive team training, and high-energy Parkour classes. Whether your child is just beginning or training at an elite level, our expert coaches and supportive environment help them thrive.
We’ve created a space that supports the whole family experience. Parents can relax in our spacious upstairs observation area with a full view of the gym. Younger siblings or early arrivals can enjoy our downstairs playroom, while athletes have access to changing rooms with showers for both boys and girls. There’s also a convenient snack bar upstairs, perfect for refueling before or after class.
We’re also known for hosting unforgettable birthday parties and special events, with access to our party room, trampoline, bouncy castle, and more.
We welcome school field trips, offering an exciting and active outing for students of all ages. And for parents looking for a well-deserved evening out, our popular Super Saturday Night events provide a fun-filled, supervised experience for kids—so you can enjoy a night on the town while they bounce, flip, and play in a safe and dynamic environment.
