Tuition Fees

Payment Policy

  • Payments for each new term are due ON THE FIRST DAY of their classes’ term.
  • Payments can be made in-office via cash, credit, debit and cheque Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM-7:30 PM

 We are also a registered payee on BUTTERFIELD ONLINE. (MOTIONS UNLTD) You can pay anytime wearing your PJ’s!

   Please type your child’s first and last name, class name and day of class in the NOTES section of your payment. Once you have made payment online please email us back to confirm you have made payment! (Butterfield online screenshots of payment made can be sent to us for confirmation!)

  • Payments are accepted in full, or half payments.
  • If you require 2 payments for your fees please contact us in-office at reception@motionsunlimited.com to arrange this. Please note a 10% surcharge will be added to half-payments.
  • Students who have not made payment to their account the first week of classes WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND CLASSES UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
  • Half payments must be made on the first day of class. Payments made after the first week must be PAID IN FULL. We do not accept half payments without prior approval.
  • ATHLETES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND THEIR FIRST CLASS IF NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.

Make-Up Classes

Each athlete is entitled to 2 make up classes per registered class, per term- space permitting. These are NOT guaranteed.

As our gym is always sitting at or near capacity, we will do our very best to accommodate you for your makeup classes. Please email reception@motionsunlimited.com so WE may let you know if we have an available space to make up a class.

Make up classes DO NOT transfer over to other terms and must be completed in the current term.
